I want you to be completerly satisfied with your new artwork. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our return policy is as follows:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging.
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact me at artdamamora@gmail.com with your order number and reason for your return.
- once your return is approved, I will provide instructions for shipping the artwork back to us.
3. Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to defect or damage.
- I recommmend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
4. Refunds:
- Once I receive the returned artwork and verify its condition, I will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Non-Returnable items:
- Custom or commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
