- once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the artwork back to us.
3. Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to defect or damage.
- We recommmend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
4. Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned artwork and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Non-Returnable items:
- Custom or commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
